The Peugeot 2008 features the innovative i-Cockpit layout with a compact sports steering wheel positioned lower than conventional designs, and a raised digital instrument panel that is viewed above the steering wheel . This allows driver information to be accessed without taking eyes off the road. The design has been recognized with the 2020 Red Dot Design Award .
