The Jaecoo J7 comes in both gasoline and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) versions. The gasoline model uses gasoline as fuel. It's equipped with a 1.6T four-cylinder gasoline engine, with a maximum power of 145 kilowatts and a peak torque of 290 N·m. It's paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. You can choose between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. Officially, the 0 - 100km/h acceleration time is 9.9 seconds for the two-wheel drive version and 9.2 seconds for the four-wheel drive version. The official combined fuel consumption is 7L/100km for both. On the other hand, the Jaecoo J7 PHEV uses gasoline plug-in hybrid power. It's fitted with a plug-in hybrid system composed of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. The system's combined maximum power is 255 kilowatts, and the combined maximum torque is 525 N·m. It's paired with an 18.3 kWh battery pack. The official pure-electric driving range is 106km, and it also has a strong combined driving range. There are two ways to charge the battery: fast charging and slow charging. Consumers can make their choices according to their needs. The gasoline version is suitable for users without charging facilities, while the PHEV version is more environmentally friendly and has an advantage in long-term vehicle - use costs.
