Do cars need headlights?

When driving an imported vehicle, special attention should be paid to whether the lights comply with local regulations; otherwise, you may face fines or fail the vehicle's annual inspection. Vehicle lights are not only a safety guarantee for night driving but also, during the day with low visibility (such as heavy rain or fog), fog lights should be turned on to improve visibility.
