For the filter, replace it as scheduled and apply engine oil to the sealing ring during installation. Hand-tighten first, then use a tool for an additional 3/4 turn. Pressure testing requires specialized equipment. With the engine preheated to 3000 rpm, normal oil pressure should read 0.3-0.45 MPa. Abnormal readings indicate potential oil passage blockage or pump wear.
