How do I book a Cullinan in Malaysia?

In Malaysia Rolls-Royce does not currently operate a standing authorised dealer showroom in Kuala Lumpur; the marque is handled on a made-to-order / commissioned basis, so the Cullinan is ordered directly through Rolls-Royce Motor Cars (client services / Bespoke commission).
