Lotus Eletre 600 & Emeya 600 MY27 Updates: More Kit, Competitive Pricing for Malaysia

Lotus Cars Malaysia has rolled out the MY27 (Model Year 27) updates for its two popular all-electric models – the Eletre 600 SUV and Emeya 600 hyper-GT. The key highlight? Both baseline variants get a significant boost in standard equipment, adding luxury and performance features that were once only available on higher-end trims – all while keeping prices competitive for local buyers.

The MY27 upgrades focus on enhancing value, with no unnecessary frills, and the new standard features for both models include an integrated active rear spoiler that boosts aerodynamics and visual appeal, luxurious Nappa leather interior seats in Jasper paired with black/dark tri-colour seat belts and configurable ambient lighting to elevate cabin luxury, as well as larger wheel packages—22-inch diamond-turned wheels for the Eletre 600 and 21-inch wheels for the Emeya 600—both fitted with high-performance Pirelli P Zero tyres and six-piston brake calipers available in black or red. These new features join the already comprehensive standard kit that both models come with, which includes active air suspension with continuous damping control (CDC) for a smooth ride, brake-applied torque vectoring for better handling, LED matrix headlamps for clear visibility, a KEF Premium 15-speaker sound system for an immersive audio experience, a 29-inch head-up display (HUD) to keep vital info in view, and four-zone climate control for all passengers’ comfort.

Mechanically, both models remain unchanged – which is great news for performance enthusiasts. The Lotus Eletre 600 MY27 features a dual-motor, all-wheel drive (AWD) powertrain delivering 612 PS (603 hp / 450 kW) and 710 Nm of torque, enabling it to go from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 258 km/h; it is equipped with a 112 kWh total (107 kWh usable) battery offering up to 580 km WLTP range, and its 800V architecture supports 350 kW DC fast charging (taking the battery from 10-80% in 20 mins) as well as 22 kW AC charging. The Lotus Emeya 600 MY27 shares the same dual-motor AWD setup with 612 PS and 710 Nm of torque, but it is slightly faster with a 0-100 km/h time of 4.15 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h; it comes with a 102 kWh battery that offers up to 610 km WLTP range (better than the Eletre) and, like all Emeya variants, features 800V architecture supporting up to 420 kW DC fast charging (10-80% in 15 mins) and 22 kW AC charging.

Both models come in a range of colours to suit local tastes, including core options like Zenith White, Kaimu Grey and Stellar Black, plus special hues such as Galloway Green, Boreal Grey, Fireglow Orange and the ever-popular Solar Yellow.

The best part for Eletre fans: The MY27 Eletre 600 retains its original price of RM499,000 – the same as when it launched in Malaysia last August. For the Emeya 600, there’s a slight price increase to RM489,000, up from RM459,000 when the 2026 version launched last year. It’s worth noting that the Emeya was already repriced downward by RM96,000 from its 2024 debut, so the MY27 price remains competitive.

Malaysian customers interested in the MY27 Eletre 600 or Emeya 600 can check out the models and enquire about pricing/availability at Lotus’ showrooms in Glenmarie and Pavilion Damansara Heights. Lotus also teased that SE and Sport variants with the same MY27 upgrades will be launching soon.
