Zeekr officially announced on December 26 that its cumulative vehicle deliveries in Malaysia have exceeded the 2,000-unit milestone. Having launched in Malaysia in December 2024, the brand achieved this remarkable feat in just one year, marking a significant new milestone in its overseas expansion journey.

Separately, Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (0175.HK) announced on December 22 that it has successfully completed the privatization and merger of Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holdings Limited. With the transaction finalized, Zeekr has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Automobile and has been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
