Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP), the official Porsche distributor in Malaysia, has introduced the enhanced 2026 Porsche Cayenne lineup.
This latest update applies to the locally-assembled (CKD) standard Cayenne and the plug-in hybrid Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé. The key upgrade is larger wheel fitment across the range, along with several other specification improvements.
As a result, prices have been revised slightly upward:
Porsche Cayenne (CKD): From RM609,000 (an increase of RM9,001)
Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé (CKD): From RM739,000 (an increase of RM11,000)

The biggest visual highlight of the 2026 Cayenne is the upgrade to 21-inch RS Spyder Design Y-spoke alloy wheels, now fitted as standard across the range.
To accommodate the larger wheels, Porsche has added body-coloured wheel arch extensions, replacing the previous black plastic trim for a cleaner, more premium and seamless appearance. A new paint colour, Arctic Grey, has also been added to the palette, joining existing options such as Carrera White Metallic and Chromite Black Metallic.
For customers wanting even more presence, the Exclusive Manufaktur package (RM49,000) offers:
The cabin retains Porsche's "Driver Experience" layout, featuring a 12.6-inch curved instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch PCM touchscreen.
Key Upgrades:
10-Year Porsche Connect: The complimentary digital services subscription has been extended from 2 years to 10 years, enabling long-term remote vehicle access and control via smartphone.
Audio: Both models continue to be equipped with the 14-speaker, 710-watt Bose surround sound system.
Premium Finish: Leather interiors are offered in Black or Bordeaux Red, with the Porsche crest embossed on the headrests.
The Coupé variant, despite offering slightly less rear headroom, comes standard with a panoramic sunroof and a Porsche Design clock on the dashboard.

Under the hood, the mechanical specifications remain unchanged for the 2026 model year:
Cayenne (Standard): 3.0L V6 turbo engine producing 353 PS and 500 Nm. 0-100 km/h in 6.0 seconds.
Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé: Combines the V6 engine with a 176 PS electric motor for a total system output of 519 PS and 750 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds. The 21.8 kWh battery provides an electric-only range of up to 88 km and supports 11 kW AC charging, reaching 0–100% in approximately 2.65 hours.

The 2026 Porsche Cayenne update keeps the model feeling fresh with enhanced aesthetics and extended digital connectivity. For Malaysian buyers, the biggest highlight is the inclusion of 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels as standard — a welcome upgrade that saves the need for costly aftermarket modifications.
