Dedicated Parking Bay refers to a parking space legally designated for specific target vehicles or purposes, with its defining feature being exclusive use—unauthorised vehicles are strictly prohibited from occupying it. In accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and National Standard GB 5768.3-2009 "Road Traffic Signs and Markings", dedicated parking bays are demarcated with solid yellow lines and accompanied by dedicated parking bay signage (featuring dedicated symbols and explanatory text).

Provision Ratio: Disabled parking bays must account for at least 2% of the total bays in a car park, and should ideally be situated at accessible locations with the shortest walking distance.
