Design Language

The all-new generation AITO M9 carries forward the marque’s signature "Kunpeng Wingspan" design philosophy, seamlessly blending Oriental aesthetics with modern industrial design to steer clear of the cookie-cutter looks prevalent among luxury SUVs. In terms of exterior dimensions, the Standard Edition measures 5,285 mm in length, 2,026 mm in width, and 1,845 mm in height, with a 3,125 mm wheelbase; the Ultimate Extended Edition stretches to 5,402 mm × 2,026 mm × 1,845 mm with a 3,236 mm wheelbase, making it the largest mass-produced new energy SUV in China. The exterior profile is defined by clean, minimalist surfaces and a full-width horizon light bar, while extensive aerodynamic tuning across over a hundred areas brings the drag coefficient down to an impressive 0.249 Cd—the class benchmark for full-size SUVs.

The lighting technology undergoes a revolutionary leap forward. Dual million-pixel full-colour smart projection headlamps featuring variable rotating lenses deliver a potent 2,400 lumens of brightness and introduce pioneering lateral colour laser projection capable of displaying interactive light signatures; meanwhile, the ISD intelligent interactive tail lamps debut a scenic "Landscape Panorama" light graphic, boosting both visual drama and brand recognition. Innovative 3D projection flush door handles with an auspicious cloud motif work alongside ultra-wide-angle powered doors to blend sense of occasion with day-to-day usability. The range offers 8 exterior paint finishes and 6 wheel designs, while the Ultimate variant exclusively gains a two-tone Yadan Gold-Black finish, illuminated floating badges, and laser-engraved emblems to accentuate its flagship status.

Inside, the Standard Edition provides 3,685 mm of effective cabin length and a completely flat floor area of 3.04 m²; the Ultimate variant expands this to 3,785 mm of effective cabin length and 3.2 m² of flat floor space, where the lack of floor humps ensures effortless cabin movement. Buyers can choose between Executive 6-seater and Spacious 5-seater layouts, offering generous second-row legroom of 926 mm and 1,101 mm respectively, both featuring one-touch transformation into Presidential Suite or Privacy Mode configurations.
