At the Yantai Linglong Tire plant, after the X-ray AI quality inspection system was implemented, production indicator CP increased by 26.2% and CPK increased by 39.7%. After Weihai Pulin Chengshan applied the related systems, the production line defect strict judgment rate dropped to within 30%, and over 70% of tires can be exempted from manual re-inspection.
