As of April 2026, Changan has announced plans to introduce the Changan CS35 Plus as part of its 12-model ASEAN rollout. While road testing and previews have occurred, the official mass-market launch is expected to coincide with the completion of regional CKD facilities to ensure the Changan CS35 Plus is priced competitively against the Proton X50.
