Under the current Malaysian government policy, the Deepal S07 as a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) is entitled to free road tax until 31st December 2025. Starting from 2026, the Deepal S07 will follow the new EV road tax structure, which is significantly cheaper than road tax for equivalent petrol SUVs.
