After 20 months the Leapmotor C10 is now CKD

The Leapmotor C10 has officially entered the next phase of its Malaysian journey, with Completely Knocked Down (CKD) production starting in June 2026 at Stellantis’ Gurun plant in Kedah. This marks a significant milestone for the brand, coming approximately 20 months after the model was first introduced as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) import in Malaysia.

The transition to local assembly highlights Stellantis’ long-term commitment to Malaysia’s EV ecosystem and is expected to further strengthen Leapmotor’s presence in the region. The C10 will continue to be positioned as a value-driven D-segment electric SUV, offering a balance of space, technology, and performance.

Despite switching to CKD, prices of the Leapmotor C10 remain unchanged. The C10 Plus starts from RM 149,005 (on the road without insurance), while the C10 starts from RM 159,880 (on the road without insurance).
