The new 2026 Honda City Facelift is confirmed to launch in Thailand this 26th of June.
The facelift model which made its debut in India is the second 'refresh' of Honda City's fifth generation, which showcases updates to its exterior, interior, and Honda Sensing ADAS suite.
The facelift brings a new look, with Honda replacing the familiar chrome front grill with an all-black honeycomb mesh type.

Along with that, there's also an LED light bar running in the middle, connecting the redesigned headlights. Meanwhile round the back, the rear gains a prominent bumper diffuser insert and clear-lens, blacked-out tail lights.

In India, the car now gets a larger 10.1-inch floating monitor on the new facelift breaks out of the air-vent frame to deliver a more modern aesthetic.

The Honda B-segment car is now featured with ventilated seats that could be a hit if introduced in our region.

Just like the current iteration in Thailand, the facelift model is very likely to retain the same powertrain for its 1.5L petrol and 1.5L e:HEV hybrid variants.
They share the same naturally aspirated 4-cylinder i-VTEC engine which kicks out 121 PS and 145 Nm of torque.

Crucially, the highest-spec new Honda City in India is now equipped with a 360-degree view camera. LaneWatch stays on for other variants, at least this is the case for the Indian-market model.

Seeing that Thailand is the mother plant for this region, we reckon that it is only a matter of time before the City facelift reaches our shores.
Currrently the Honda City starts from RM 84,900.00 to RM 99,900.00 for petrol and RM 111,900.00 for hybrid.
