The 2026 Zeekr X facelift has officially launched in Malaysia, introducing a refreshed version of the premium compact electric SUV following its initial dynamic preview at the Sepang International Circuit. Now priced from RM 159,800 (up from RM 155,800 previously), it introduces subtle visual tweaks to complement more substantial powertrain updates.
This button controls the front door, a similar on controls the rear door.
The result is a super clean side profile.
Key updates on the outside are powered front doors and dedicated B- and C-pillar opening buttons that replace the previous flush door handles.
Additionally, the Premium RWD variant receives a set of 19-inch dual-tone "Paddle" wheels, while the Flagship AWD gets 20-inch black forged wheels.
The subtle nip-and-tuck continues on the inside, with a new steering wheel that has touch buttons now, and massaging functions for the front seats.
Below the carried-over 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment display is a new centre console that now adds a dual phone holder, with the right slot housing a 50W wireless phone charger. Nestled between the two front seats is a 5.7-litre temperature-controlled refridgerator, capable of adjusting between -6 to 50 degrees Celsius.
Significant updates reside in the powertrain department, where both available variants receive increases in performance. The entry-level Premium RWD now generates 340 PS (250 kW) and 373 Nm of torque, marking an increase over the pre-facelift model's 272 PS (200 kW) and 343 Nm outputs.
Underneath, both the Premium RWD and Flagship AWD both feature a 66-kWh nickel mangenese cobalt (NMC) battery pack, albeit with varying range:
The top-tier Flagship AWD sees its dual-motor setup tuned to produce 496 PS (365 kW) and 573 Nm of torque—up from 428 PS (315 kW) and 543 Nm.
Charging specifications have also been adjusted for the updated lineup. While AC home charging maxes out at 11 kW for the Standard RWD and 22 kW for the Flagship AWD, their direct current fast-charging (DCFC) capabilities diverge.
The new LFP-equipped Premium RWD is capable of accepting DC fast charging at a peak rate of up to 230 kW, allowing for faster mid-journey top-ups. This is higher than the Flagship AWD variant, which remains capped at a DC fast-charging threshold of 150 kW.
In terms of market, the newly updated 2026 Zeekr X facelift commands a revised price tag of RM 158,800 for the Premium RWD, and RM 175,800 for the Flagship AWD. Moving from the pre-facelift model's starting price of RM 155,800. Zeekr Malaysia bundles the refreshed electric vehicle with a factory vehicle warranty alongside dedicated high-voltage battery pack and electric motor warranty coverage.
