New GTA V DLC adds Jetour T2 to Online mode, T2 i-DM and T1 launching in Malaysia this week

Following its real-world popularity, it appears that the Jetour T2 will soon be roaming the streets of Los Santos in GTA V.

Well, the model will be called the Gallivanter Warden, and it will be added to GTA Online via The Kortz Center Heist update.

While the model is said to be based off the Land Rover Defender 110 (L663 generation), it’s also quite obvious that the model draws heavy inspirations from the Jetour T2 – note how the Warden nameplate is spelt across the front grille, and the optional roof-mounted ladder definitely has a Jetour vibe to it.

That said, the rear end of the Warden is a mix of both the T2 and the Defender – the vertical tail lights are closer to the Defender, while the bumper is likely modeled after the T2, as evident from the vertical lighting elements.

One aspect where the Warden is clearly different from the Jetour T2 is in the powertrain department – the Warden is fitted with a V8 engine, something that the Jetour T2 lacks, but is offered on the Defender.

That said, what the Jetour T2 will be coming with is the i-DM plug-in hybrid powertrain. Bookings are now opened in Malaysia for this (estimated) RM 169,000 SUV.
