smart Malaysia introduces limited-edition 2026 smart #5 Brabus in Laser Red, still RM 259,800

smart Malaysia has unveiled the smart #5 Brabus Laser Red Edition, a limited-quantity colour variant of its flagship all-electric performance SUV. The new exterior finish retains all existing performance, technology, and premium features of the standard smart #5 Brabus.

With the introduction of the new Laser Red Edition, we are offering customers an even more expressive and distinctive way to experience the pinnacle of the smart brand. Its limited availability makes it a truly special addition to the smart #5 family."

The Laser Red Edition carries the same performance specifications as the standard smart #5 Brabus, powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 475 kW (646 PS) and 710 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.8 seconds. It retains the exclusive Brabus driving mode, Alcantara and Dinamica upholstery, Brabus-inspired exterior styling, the AMD V2000 chipset-powered digital ecosystem, and the full suite of driver assistance and safety systems.

The Laser Red exterior is intended to reflect the Brabus brand's dynamic character, adding visual depth that reinforces the SUV's rugged, sporty styling.

The smart #5 Brabus Laser Red Edition will be offered in limited quantities in Malaysia. 

In terms of price, the smart #5 Brabus Laser Red Edition is unchaned from the regular Brabus variant, at RM 259,800.
