On 6 August, Nissan posted the official images of its all-new midsize SUV, the NX7. The Nissan NX7 is the latest addition to Nissan's N Series, an electrified model range that will eventually include EVs, PHEVs, and range-extender models.

The NX7 introduces a fresh look for Nissan, while retaining styling cues that remain recognisably part of the brand. A roof-mounted LiDAR unit also points to the availability of advanced driver assistance features.
The official images show a front end with split headlamps rather than the full-width daytime running light that has become common on many new EVs, giving the NX7 a more distinctive appearance.

The sculpted bonnet and sharply styled front bumper give the NX7 a more muscular look.
Along the sides, the clean bodywork is complemented by a floating roof, semi-hidden door handles and aerodynamic wheels, all of which contribute to a tidy, modern look.

The rear design follows current trends with a full-width taillight bar featuring segmented lighting elements. An illuminated Nissan badge and a small ducktail spoiler complete the look.

Positioned below the NX8, the NX7 is expected to be a more compact and affordable alternative in Nissan's N Series lineup, with both battery-electric (EV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) powertrains likely to be offered.
