Peugeot 3008 offers flexible family space and a well-equipped cabin

The Peugeot 3008 presents a well-proportioned SUV shape with a substantial stance, compact overall length and a broad body. LED lighting, daytime running lights, a sunroof and roof rails add useful visual definition to the exterior.

The five-seat cabin combines leather upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats, a leather multifunction steering wheel and a digital instrument display with a clear technology-led layout. Dual-zone automatic air conditioning, rear air vents, wireless phone charging and smartphone integration make everyday use more convenient.

The turbocharged petrol engine produces a useful spread of torque from low engine speed and works with a six-speed automatic gearbox for straightforward daily driving. Front-wheel drive and a Sport mode give the 3008 a familiar, road-focused driving character.

The 3008 is configured as a practical five-seat SUV, with a 2730mm wheelbase supporting a usable passenger compartment. Its boot offers 591 litres with the seats in place and expands to 1670 litres when the rear seats are folded, making it suitable for luggage, shopping and larger loads.

The safety package combines ABS, electronic brakeforce distribution, brake assistance, traction control and stability control with front, side and curtain airbags. Lane-change assistance, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assistance, traffic-sign recognition, front and rear parking sensors and a reversing camera add useful support in traffic and tight spaces.

The Peugeot 3008 1.6T Allure uses petrol power and accepts 95-octane fuel. A 53-litre tank gives the SUV a practical refuelling capacity for regular commuting and longer journeys.
