Hyundai Motor Group plans to, starting from the end of this year, in Jakarta BSD Smart City (Bumi Serpong Damai), in conjunction with Indonesian urban development company Sinar Mas Land (Sinar Mas Land), comprehensive medical institution Eka Hospital (Eka Hospital), utilize this vehicle to carry out mobile medical service demonstration projects.

Hyundai Group has noted that BSD city has structural livelihood challenges: medical resources are concentrated in a few locations, residents without private cars find it difficult to reach medical institutions, making medical treatment very inconvenient.

To solve this pain point, Hyundai Motor Group has created a door-to-door roaming medical model: PV5 vehicles enter residential communities, shopping centers, sports venues, and other places with concentrated population, providing consultation and checkup services on the spot.

Three-party division of labor: Hyundai Motor Group provides PV5 vehicles and is responsible for overall project operations; Sinar Mas Land (Sinar Mas Land) provides BSD community housing, public venues, and other infrastructure; Eka Hospital (Eka Hospital) is responsible for dispatching medical personnel, operating medical equipment, and providing diagnosis and treatment services.

Through this medical demonstration project in Indonesia, Hyundai Motor Group hopes to improve the accessibility of medical care for local residents and verify the feasibility of medical services based on mobility carriers landing. At the same time, it builds a smart city service model integrating living, transportation, and medical infrastructure, with future plans to expand this business to other ASEAN countries.
