On May 28, 2026, SAIC Motor Group held the "Global 100 Millionth Vehicle Delivery Ceremony" at the Shanghai North Bund World Hall. In 1955, the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Parts Manufacturing Company was established, marking the beginning of Shanghai's automotive industry.
