From Quarterfinals to Champions, BYD Witnesses Chinese Football Juniors Conquering the Championship in Spain

Champions of the Spain Brava Cup, undefeated in 9 games, winning the final against Cornellà via penalty shootouts, George scoring 17 goals to win MVP and Golden Boot... As news flooded the screens, many said "There is hope for Chinese football."

But hope is not something that can be given by a single match. What truly gives people hope is that someone has been doing it and has been doing it for a long time.

From Thailand to Italy and then to Spain, BYD has been supporting this Chinese football junior team, helping them win one championship after another.

Last year the Brava Cup ended at the quarterfinals, this year they went straight to the top. In the year in between, the kids improved their skills and their mindset toughened. Semi-final against Espanyol, final decided on penalties.

BYD supported them throughout, without seeking short-term traffic. BYD itself is the same overseas, in Spain, Italy, Thailand, they won quite a few new energy vehicle sales championships.

Competitors hear "Champion" like a slogan, but looking closely it is indeed the case. Overseas markets fought one by one, youth training matches fought one by one, there are no shortcuts.

More critically, this is not just about a few victories. BYD cooperates with Manchester City, Inter Milan, and PSG, bringing top resources back, sending juniors to Italy to visit Inter, watch Serie A, and meet stars face-to-face.

Three players have already signed with La Liga professional academies, Li Haoyan to Barcelona, Liu Kaiyuan to Villarreal, and Lu Mengyang also signed with a La Liga academy. These names are unknown to anyone now, but they are solid new forces of Chinese football.

Building cars and conducting R&D, youth training and cultivation are both long-termism. BYD Power Battery has cultivated for over 20 years, R&D investment exceeds 270 billion, it is not just shouted out.

Youth training is the same, it cannot be rushed. Short-term is just excitement, long-term persistence is true love. Chinese football youth shining on the world stage is not the end, it is the beginning.
