How much is insurance for the BYD Seagull in Malaysia?

The BYD Seagull is an ultra-compact city EV not yet officially on sale in Malaysia (regional listings ~RM41k-equivalent). Until launched locally, comprehensive insurance is hard to pin down; for a ~RM90,000-RM130,000 imported value it would be indicatively about RM1,200-RM2,300 per year for a new-to-you policy with 0% NCD.
