2026 Chengdu Motor Show: XPeng reveals factory styling kits for G9L, X9 and MONA M03

As the 2026 Chengdu Motor Show kicks off today, XPeng has introduced new official factory styling kits for three of its popular models – the G9L, X9 and MONA M03.

For anyone looking to give their car a more distinctive look without having to navigate JPJ's rules on vehicle modifications, these official kits could be an appealing option. Here's a closer look at the pricing and details.

XPeng G9L Black & Gold Kit

For those after a more luxurious look, the new Black & Gold Kit gives the G9L an upmarket finish.

Price:

Official retail price: RMB 15,000 (~RM 9,200)
Limited-time promo price: RMB 10,000 (~RM 6,130)

The kit includes:

Two 24K gold badges
22-inch gold alloy wheels
Midnight Black exterior finish with gold accents

XPeng X9 Dark Warrior Kit

The large luxury MPV gets a full dark treatment with the new Dark Warrior Kit, giving it a more understated but aggressive look.

RMB 8,800 (~RM 5,400)

The kit includes:

Black-out exterior (headlights, XPeng badges, door mirrors and window surrounds); original chrome finishes removed
Star Blade sports wheels and black sports side skirts

XPeng MONA M03 Violet / Avocado Green Theme Kits

The youthful MONA M03 gets two fresh new looks with the Violet and Avocado Green theme kits.

These factory kits save owners the trouble of finding an aftermarket shop themselves, while keeping the fit and finish within XPeng's own standards.

The kits are currently available only in China. However, with XPeng continuing to expand its presence in Malaysia and build up its local following, it remains to be seen whether these factory styling options could eventually be offered here as well.
