Geely EX2 joins Tusker salary-sacrifice scheme in the UK

Geely UK has added the EX2 to Tusker's salary-sacrifice scheme, expanding its partnership with the UK-based leasing provider. The EX2 will be available to employees through Tusker, giving the Geely brand another route into the UK company-car market.

Tusker, part of Lloyds Banking Group, is one of the biggest car salary-sacrifice providers in the UK. More than 100,000 cars have been delivered through its platform.

The company has a large network of corporate customers and a strong presence in the employee benefits and EV markets, making it a major channel for manufacturers looking to grow their fleet sales.

The Geely EX2 is due to arrive in the UK as a new electric hatchback. In China, it is sold as the Geely Xingyuan, while Malaysian buyers will recognise the same model as the Proton eMas 5.

Through Tusker, eligible employees can take the EX2 as part of a salary-sacrifice package, with payments deducted from gross salary. EVs also benefit from the UK's lower Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) tax rates.
