
LINXYS is a new energy commercial vehicle brand established by Liuzhou Wuling New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. on June 28, 2023, focusing on the R&D and production of hybrid and pure electric models. Liuzhou Wuling New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary established by Guangxi Automobile Group in June 2021 after integrating its new energy vehicle body business. Its headquarters is in Liuzhou, Guangxi, and its main vehicle business can be traced back to the Liuzhou Machinery Factory established in 1928.
LINXYS is positioned as "focused on the new energy commercial vehicle market, committed to providing creative solutions for users". The brand mission aims to connect provincial, intercity, urban, and last-mile full-link logistics scenarios. Brand products cover a full matrix including micro vans, medium vans, big vans, micro trucks, small trucks, and last-mile logistics vehicles. The brand adopts the "Ling Qing" Super Linear Hybrid System and launched China's first domestic hybrid small truck, the Gold Truck, equipped with CATL batteries and BYD Blade batteries. In October 2024, Guangxi Automobile Group released the three-year "LINXYS Project" strategic development plan, planning to invest 15 billion RMB from 2025 to 2027. Besides the R&D system, LINXYS is also advancing on the capital level—the company is actively promoting Wuling New Energy to list on the A-share market, thereby opening a funding channel for technology upgrades and global expansion.
The origins of LINXYS can be traced back to 2009. That year, Wuling Group began researching and developing new energy vehicle technologies in response to national new energy policies. In 2015, under the leadership of the Guangxi government, a mixed-ownership reform was conducted, and Wuling Group was renamed Guangxi Automobile Group. In 2021, to further focus on new energy transformation, the group specifically established Liuzhou Wuling New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. In December 2021, Wuling released an expression of intent, announcing the use of Wuling New Energy as a platform to integrate all group resources to focus on the new energy vehicle field.
June 28, 2023, was a decisive moment in the development history of LINXYS. At the "New Blueprint, Engineering the Future" brand strategy launch conference, Wuling New Energy officially launched the new commercial vehicle brand "LINXYS", with the first product "LINXYS Gold Truck" launched simultaneously, marking a new leap for Liuzhou Wuling from traditional commercial vehicles to the new energy commercial vehicle field. In July of the same year, Wuling New Energy completed a strategic financing of 360 million RMB, used for new model R&D, intelligent connectivity and internet of vehicles platform construction, and marketing channel expansion.
2024 was a year of rapid expansion of LINXYS’s product matrix. In January, the first pure electric medium-large van "LINXYS Gold Locker" was launched, and products such as Gold Truck single/double deck cargo containers and container wagons were also released successively. In September of the same year, LINXYS made its debut at the German Hannover International Commercial Vehicle Show (IAA), exhibiting three products and innovative technologies such as Level 4 autonomous driving mobile charging vehicles, completing its "debut" at a top European auto show. At the end of 2024, Guangxi Automobile Group released the "LINXYS Project" strategy, planning to invest 15 billion RMB over three years to promote enterprise transformation and upgrading.
In 2025, LINXYS business entered a scale growth phase. In May, it signed a cooperative framework agreement with Dora Auto under Huolala. Both parties will jointly develop new energy commercial vehicle business in the ASEAN market. That year, Wuling New Energy cumulative sales reached 22,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 55%, and LINXYS had a 9% year-on-year increase in sales in the first half of the year. In October of the same year, the parent company Guangxi Automobile Group launched the new energy passenger car brand "Eshang Auto", marking that Wuling New Energy entered a new stage of "Passenger-Commercial Synergy".
2026 is a year of dual breakthrough for LINXYS in products and ecosystem. On March 31, LINXYS and Dora Auto jointly released new strategic cooperation products — LINXYS Gold Big Truck, Dora 3.8 Meters, simultaneously showing the Gold Small Truck PLUS, Dora Small Cargo. This marks the brand’s leap from "Creating Creative Gold Models" to a new stage of "Co-creating Creative Solutions". In April, LINXYS participated in the Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Show, signed an agreement with Indonesia SAG Group, and reached cooperation with Thailand STS Group, fully accelerating its ASEAN layout. According to brand planning, LINXYS aims to achieve 1 million units in annual sales by 2030, with overseas markets accounting for 50%, and from 2028 onwards, gradually shift the product structure focus from commercial vehicles to passenger vehicles.
LINXYS has built a complete product matrix centered on the "Truck Series: Gold Truck / Gold Big Truck" and "VAN Series: Gold Locker", with "Gold Small Truck" and "Electric Truck" as auxiliary support points, accurately corresponding to multiple scenarios such as urban, intercity, and last-mile logistics.
Truck Series Product Line: Gold Truck / Gold Big Truck. The Gold Truck is LINXYS’s brand flagship and main sales force, and also the first mass-produced hybrid small truck in the country. Three configurations were launched: Era Version, Pioneer Version, and Leading Version, with a price range of 89,800 - 180,800 yuan. The Gold Truck adopts the "Ling Qing" Super Linear Hybrid System (applying range extension technology to small trucks), equipped with a 2-longitudinal and 14-transverse trapezoidal large-section ultra-high-strength closed beam frame. The Gold Big Truck is a heavyweight product jointly developed by LINXYS and Dora Auto in March 2026, defined based on millions of operation data on the Huolala platform — vehicle length 5998×1995×1995mm, stake board near 3800mm, offering two battery versions of 55.64kWh and 70.59kWh, 2C fast charge 19 minutes SOC 20%-80%. The Gold Truck entered the top five in annual new energy small truck total sales in 2023, the year of its launch.
VAN Series Product Line: Gold Locker. The LINXYS Gold Locker launched in January 2024 is the brand’s first pure electric medium-large van model, with cargo box volume reaching 7m³, cargo box length 3 meters, equipped with aluminum alloy floor, 85% high-strength steel frame and dual-reinforced car beams, rated carrying capacity over 1 ton. In 2025, it was upgraded to launch Gold Locker·Value Version and Gold Small Truck·Value Version, adding a 110kW high-power motor and ADAS assisted driving system, with a starting price from 77,800 yuan.
Small Pure Electric Commercial Vehicle: Gold Small Truck PLUS / LINXYS Electric Truck. As segmented models launched in 2026, the Gold Small Truck PLUS appeared together with Dora Small Cargo, providing more flexible choices for urban distribution scenarios. LINXYS Electric Truck (Electric Micro Truck) offers single/double cab cargo vehicle versions (41.6kWh battery version priced 97,800-99,800 yuan). The Wuling EV50 ranked in the top ten of VAN series model annual total sales in 2023.
Innovative Products and Special Vehicles. LINXYS G050 new energy commercial vehicles have been exported to multiple countries, and have derived scenario-based customized products such as smart coffee vans; LINXYS G100R (Right-hand drive pure electric logistics vehicle) has passed EU WVTA certification. In addition, LINXYS launched an L4-level autonomous driving mobile charging vehicle equipped with 141kWh energy storage batteries, capable of independently recharging 3-5 new energy vehicles at the same time, demonstrating technical foresight in intelligence and emerging energy service scenarios.
Since the brand launch, LINXYS has shown strong growth momentum in the new energy commercial vehicle segment. In terms of sales and market share, in 2023, it ranked at the forefront of the industry in the new energy logistics vehicle segment in only half a year, and the Gold Truck entered the top five of annual new energy small truck total sales within the same year. In 2024, Wuling New Energy cumulative sales were about 22,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 55%. LINXYS had a 9% year-on-year increase in sales in the first half of 2025, and reached cooperation with top logistics enterprises such as Huolala and SF Express. In the VAN series market, LINXYS sales broke through 266,000 units in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 48.8%, accounting for 58.3% of the total sales of new energy logistics vehicles. LINXYS already owns over 100 independent sales channels, and its products have won multiple industry awards such as the 2024 China New Energy Logistics Vehicle "Golden Panda Award" Big Van Sales TOP Award and Micro Truck Sales TOP Award.
LINXYS’s technology system, relying on nearly a century of manufacturing accumulation of Guangxi Automobile Group and commercial vehicle R&D experience, has built systematic technical capabilities in four directions: hybrid powertrain, three-electric integration, platform-based intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent upgrade.
"Ling Qing" Super Linear Hybrid System is one of the core technical barriers of LINXYS. This hybrid system applies range extension technology to small truck models, equipped with an Atkinson cycle dedicated range extension system, with thermal efficiency reaching 40.01% and combined fuel consumption under operating conditions as low as 3.6 liters/100km. Equipped with a 1.5T+DHT hybrid powertrain, it achieves full-chain self-research of engine-motor-DHT-electronic control, with system comprehensive efficiency reaching 93%. The LINXYS Gold Truck can output maximum torque of 320N·m and maximum horsepower of 163 HP, with a climbing gradient reaching 27%. While ensuring commercial vehicle power performance, it significantly reduces usage costs.
Three-Electric System Integration and Vehicle Structure. LINXYS’s full range of new energy vehicles uses batteries from top suppliers such as CATL and BYD, providing a rich energy gradient from 30kWh to 141kWh. The Gold Truck adopts BYD Blade Batteries and a mid-mounted layout (improving space utilization and chassis stability), supporting 30-minute fast charging and 3.3kW external discharge functions. The Gold Locker adopts a high-strength steel frame and dual-reinforced car beam structure, with rated carrying capacity over 1 ton. The Gold Big Truck is equipped with 2C fast charge technology (19 minutes SOC 20%-80%) and rear dual fast/slow charge interfaces, fitting drivers’ real electricity habits of "fast charge top-up during the day, slow charge save money at night". Regarding chassis, the Gold Big Truck is equipped with a front double wishbone independent suspension system, achieving superior body posture stability and riding comfort on bumpy roads compared to same-level competitors. It also offers policies such as 8-year or 600,000 km battery warranty and three-electric lifetime warranty, directly addressing commercial vehicle owners’ high concern for full lifecycle usage costs.
Autonomous Driving and Intelligent Application is a forward-looking technology direction for LINXYS. In 2024, LINXYS displayed an Level 4 autonomous driving mobile charging vehicle — equipped with a 141kWh large-capacity energy storage battery and 16-line LiDAR, capable of autonomous positioning and driving to the side of vehicles waiting for charging. G050 has passed Japan PHP certification and EU WVTA certification, meeting strict collision safety regulations. The Gold Big Truck is equipped with over 30 intelligent configurations, fully bringing passenger-car level intelligent experience to the commercial vehicle field. At the intelligent manufacturing level, LINXYS relies on digital twin, photovoltaic power generation and other technologies for whole vehicle production and process optimization. Its parent company’s Guangling Technology continues to undertake mold business from BMW and other global top OEMs, fully confirming its craftsmanship capabilities in high-precision manufacturing and high-strength material processing.
LINXYS regards the overseas market as a "Dual Circulation" strategic pillar equal to the domestic market. Relying on the international resources cultivated by its parent company Guangxi Automobile Group for many years, it has established a multi-level overseas expansion map covering developed economies and emerging markets.
Target Scale and Strategic Layout. According to the parent company Guangxi Automobile Group strategy, LINXYS sets a long-term annual sales target of 500,000 units each in domestic and overseas markets. On the technical compliance level, G050 has passed Japan PHP certification and EU WVTA certification; G100R (Right-hand drive pure electric logistics vehicle) has also passed EU WVTA regulation certification.
Europe, America, Japan, South Korea Developed Markets. In September 2021, Wuling New Energy obtained orders for over 130 units in North America; in January 2022, it signed a cooperative framework agreement with Japan ASF Company, becoming Guangxi’s first batch of RCEP new energy orders. In June 2023, the first batch of new energy light commercial electric vehicles was delivered to European FEST Automobile Company. LINXYS G050 has been exported to Italy, Romania, South Korea, Japan, USA and other countries, firmly staying at the forefront of China’s same-level new energy commercial vehicle exports.
ASEAN Market: LINXYS Globalization’s "Home Court". In Indonesia, LINXYS signed a cooperation agreement with Aletra Auto under Indonesia SAG Group in April 2026, carrying out full-chain cooperation from R&D, production to sales around the Indonesian new energy commercial vehicle market, transforming from "Product Going Overseas" to "Industry Going Overseas, Technology Going Overseas". In Thailand, LINXYS signed an agreement with STS Group, joining hands to explore the Thai new energy commercial vehicle market, and will put the first batch of 100 LINXYS G100R (Right-hand drive) pure electric logistics vehicles into the Thai market in 2026. Huolala’s operation network in the ASEAN market also provides a natural channel for products jointly developed by LINXYS and Dora Auto to enter this region.
Europe: "Trial Field" of Commercial Vehicle Technology. It appeared at the German Hannover International Commercial Vehicle Show in September 2024, exhibiting L4-level autonomous driving mobile charging vehicle and other technical solutions. In November 2025, it participated in the French Lyon International Commercial Vehicle Show again, receiving high attention from customers in France, Italy, Spain, Morocco and other places. LINXYS G050 cumulative exports have exceeded 1,000 units.
LINXYS’s future development will advance around four main lines: "Commercial and Passenger Integration, Dual Chain Drive, Global Balance, and Full Market Listing".
Commercial and Passenger Integration: A Leap from Commercial Vehicle Expert to Passenger-Commercial Synergy. In October 2025, the parent company launched the Eshang Auto brand and the first mass-produced model A100C, marking Wuling New Energy’s comprehensive transformation from a commercial vehicle expert to a "Dual Track" player. According to Wuling New Energy’s "333" Three-Year Strategic Development Plan: 2022-2024 integrate resources to scale up; 2025-2027 synergize commercial and passenger vehicles to strengthen the core; 2028-2030 will shift from commercial to passenger to achieve leapfrog development. Guangxi Automobile Group also formally established a Low-Altitude Economy Division and is actively laying out low-altitude travel related products.
Capitalization Path. Wuling New Energy is actively advancing the listing process on the A-share market. In 2023, the chairman Yuan Zhijun stated plans to list on the A-share market in 2025 or 2026. Listing will open financing channels from the product side to the capital side, providing funding guarantees for R&D investment, production line expansion, and global business expansion.
Global Balance Layout. The blueprint of achieving 500,000 unit sales targets in domestic and overseas markets by 2030 is being steadily promoted through the dual-wheel drive of "Industry Going Overseas" in the ASEAN market and "Technical Compliance" in developed markets. Indonesia’s CKD localization and "Industry Going Overseas" layout, Thailand’s right-hand drive models and local operation cooperation constitute the core skeleton of LINXYS’s ASEAN strategy.
Product System Iteration and Intelligent Upgrade. LINXYS and Dora’s cooperative new products continue to iterate (such as Gold Small Truck PLUS, Dora Small Cargo, etc.), with over 30 intelligent configurations gradually evolving from optional to commercial vehicle standard equipment. LINXYS is promoting innovative products such as autonomous driving mobile charging vehicles from demonstration verification to commercial implementation, and conducting deeper independent research and joint breakthroughs in intelligent cockpits, assisted driving systems, and internet of vehicles platforms. With the 2030 "Shift from Commercial to Passenger" strategic goal approaching, LINXYS is steadily evolving from a new energy commercial vehicle "Breaker" to a full-link smart mobility service provider covering commercial and passenger use, linking domestic and international, and connecting manufacturing and operations.
