8月8日,第二十届中国品牌节在北京盛大开幕。玲珑轮胎新任总裁周令坤受邀出席开幕式高峰对话,围绕“生态出海:从单打独斗到‘雁阵’共赢”主题展开深度交流。这是周令坤作为玲珑轮胎新总裁的公开首秀。在全球产业链深度重构的背景下,他系统阐述了玲珑轮胎近二十年的全球化历程,指出中国企业的出海正步入一场涉及技术、标准、品牌与生态的系统性进化。

历经四大阶段,从产品输出迈向生态升维
作为行业最早出海的先行者,玲珑轮胎的全球化进程堪称中国制造出海的生动注脚。在对话现场,周令坤将玲珑的出海之路总结为四个递进阶段:
第一阶段是“拓荒”。自2009年起,玲珑连续13年位居中国内资轮胎企业出口第一名,但早期模式是“一个人扛着样品满世界跑”,渠道、标准和品牌仍掌握在他人手中。
第二阶段是“跨洋建厂”。2014年,玲珑泰国工厂投产,成为中国最早赴海外建厂的轮胎企业之一;2024年9月,塞尔维亚工厂正式量产,被武契奇总统赞誉为“塞尔维亚最大的绿地投资项目”,标志着玲珑从“卖产品”迈入“建产能”阶段。
第三阶段是“体系制胜”。玲珑在“三国八地”建立研发中心,开始定义自身的技术和产品标准。
第四阶段则是“生态升维”。在每一个海外市场扎根融入,以ESG为内核,实现从能力输出向系统输出的跨越。

“四个阶段走下来,我们最深的体会是——单打独斗能活下来,但要赢,必须靠生态。”周令坤强调,各生态协同作战,企业才能走得更远、打得更稳。

当被主持人问及玲珑最希望谁来“带飞”时,周令坤表示,生态出海并非依赖某一家企业,而是一个完整的生态组合。他形象地提出了中国品牌出海的“雁阵组合”:

主机厂是“领航雁”,玲珑与主机厂深度参与、联合攻关,主机厂开拓到哪里,玲珑就跟进支撑到哪里;专业服务商是“托底雁”,金融、法律、合规、物流等软基础设施需要专业伙伴共同托举;行业协会、智库与检测机构则是“护航雁”,助力中国标准获得同等的全球话语权。
会上,玲珑轮胎获颁中国品牌500强价值证书。

中国企业需合力“一起飞”
“中国品牌出海,不是比谁飞得快,而是比谁飞得远、飞得稳、飞成一队。”周令坤在对话最后总结道,“雁阵里没有配角,每一只雁都有自己的方向感,同时又朝着同一个目的地。”
