8月2日，首尔龙山区君悦酒店的签约现场，奇瑞汽车董事长尹同跃向KG Mobility董事长郭载善赠送了一台机器狗。
这个颇具科技感的礼物背后，是奇瑞通过认购KG Mobility发行的可转换债券的方式，投资一笔7500万美元的战略投资（按当前汇率折算，约合5.07亿元人民币）。如果奇瑞在2029年7月债券到期时全部转股，将持有KG Mobility 约10% 的股份，成为其重要股东。
KG Mobility原名双龙汽车，是仅次于现代、起亚的韩国第三大本土汽车品牌。值得一提的是，双龙汽车与中国汽车产业颇有渊源。早在2004年10月，上汽集团就以5亿美元收购双龙汽车48.9%股权，成为双龙的最大股东，开启中国车企收购外国车企的先河。
而KG Mobility和奇瑞的故事要从更早说起。
2024年10月，双方签署了战略合作与平台许可协议。2025年4月，“SE-10”项目正式立项。款定位为雷斯特继任者的中型 SUV，将搭载奇瑞专为插电混动开发的 T2X 平台，同时提供 2.0L 汽油版本，计划2027年1月亮相。这只是开胃菜。第二款全球车型已经在路上，增程式电动车也排上了日程。
合作的边界正在从整车制造向外延伸。双方决定在机器人和汽车芯片领域组建专项工作组，探讨联合验证与商业化的可能性，半导体方面将讨论车规级芯片的共同投资与开发。中国驻韩国大使戴兵在现场评价称，"韩中经济合作已从现有的垂直分工转向水平合作结构，在合作中竞争、在竞争中合作的利益共同体正在成为新常态。"
钱花了，技术给了，奇瑞图什么？
奇瑞汽车副总经理张贵兵的回答留足了余地。他在接受韩媒采访时表示，“如果大量韩国消费者有购车需求，我们就会进入韩国市场。不过现阶段我们的首要目标，是依托本次合作让 KGM 获得消费者认可。韩国社会重视差异化、追求个人特色的消费氛围正在不断壮大。倘若奇瑞旗下子品牌登陆韩国，我们还可以开拓一批与 KGM 受众喜好不同的消费群体。”
谈及奇瑞车型在 KG Mobility 工厂生产的可能性，他回应称，“奇瑞在全球拥有多个生产基地。我们认为，这些基地未来可能成为两家公司合作的重要领域。例如，我们可以探索共享全球产能，并在制造领域展开多方面合作。”
吉利以认购增资方式取得雷诺韩国 34.02% 股份后，Polestar 4已经在釜山工厂下线，内销出口两不误。有这个先例在前，奇瑞的算盘不难猜。
而在两个多月前的东京，奇瑞玩的是另一套路数。
5月27日，新品牌EMTA悄无声息地发布了。奇瑞没有站到台前，而是拉着江苏悦达汽车集团、澳德巴克斯、国轩高科和阿耐思特岩田四家企业，组了个新加坡合资公司，奇瑞持股27.27%。品牌是日本的，设计是日本团队做的，连销售渠道都用澳德巴克斯在日本的六百多家门店，上来就切出一百家做网点。
但掀开盖子一看，三电系统是奇瑞的，智能驾驶是奇瑞的，整车生产放在江苏盐城。所谓“日本壳、中国芯、全球链”，说白了就是把“外国品牌不受信任”这道坎，绕着走了过去。
奇瑞瞄准的是日本市场最肥也最顽固的那块蛋糕——K-Car。
近年来，年销超150万辆的细分市场，被本田N-BOX们牢牢把持。奇瑞的打法很直接：纯电K-Car，网传续航155到220公里，价格和燃油版K-Car持平。计划2027年春天交付，到2029年铺开四款车型。
这种“借壳”的策略，本质上是在绕开日本消费者对外国品牌的信任壁垒。日本汽车市场长期被丰田、本田、日产等本土巨头垄断，是全球最封闭的汽车市场之一。奇瑞海外业务负责人张贵兵此前向日本媒体表示，企业将依托日系车企尚不具备的差异化特色产品参与竞争。
韩国资本入局，日本品牌孵化，两种打法背后，是奇瑞藏不住的出海野心。
奇瑞官方数据显示，2025 年集团总销量达 280.6 万辆，其中出口 134.4 万辆，连续 23 年位居中国品牌乘用车出口第一。进入2026年，奇瑞的出海步伐进一步加快，1 至 7 月累计出口 114.6 万辆，同比增长71%；上半年全球市场份额达到4.1%，与福特并列全球第九。
近邻市场的风向，确实在变。先看韩国。
据韩国汽车数据机构 Carisyou 统计，2026年1至5月韩国进口乘用车市场共注册新车 146278 辆，其中比亚迪达到 7023 辆，占比4.8%，排名第四，仅次于特斯拉、宝马和梅赛德斯 - 奔驰，甚至超过了日本豪华品牌雷克萨斯。
2026年第一季度韩国新注册纯电动乘用车 70078 辆中，中国生产的车辆达到 25595 辆，占比36.5%。这其中不仅有中国品牌，还包括在上海超级工厂生产的特斯拉 —— 后者依靠中国供应链的成本优势大幅降价，直接带动了销量增长。
日本市场慢一些，但冰面也在裂。
比亚迪2023年1月在东京开出首家门店，成为首个全面进入日本乘用车市场的中国品牌。2025年比亚迪在日纯电车型销量约 3870 辆，同比增长62%；进入2026年增速进一步加快，2月单月销量 439 辆，同比激增 153%。
当然，路不会太平坦。
韩国环境部6月底的补贴名单里，比亚迪出局了。7月1日之后买比亚迪，拿不到政府补贴。理由是国产化率低、对本土就业贡献有限。日本的补贴政策也没少被指"双标"，中国品牌能拿到的补贴额度，和本土品牌差着一大截。这些都是明面上的坎。
