这些数据背后有一个关键逻辑，出海不是“把车运过去卖掉”，而是“在当地建立可持续的商业模式”。零跑已在马来西亚、西班牙、巴西布局本地化生产，欧洲Stellantis工厂的配套电池厂也即将量产。当一家中国车企能在传统汽车工业强国在意大利、德国的纯电市场占据榜首，靠的不再是价格优势，而是产品定义与技术实力的全面对等。

零跑半年报出炉——营收381.1亿创同期新高，净利2.1亿连续三个半年度盈利，上半年全球销量35.6万台挤进全球新能源前四（比亚迪、特斯拉、吉利、零跑），7月更是成了第一个单月交付破10万台的新势力。
有人认为在供应链高度成熟的今天，车企没必要什么都自己造。
但现实是，电池、电机、电控占到整车成本的50%以上，如果这些命脉全部捏在供应商手里，车企就只剩下车身和座椅的设计空间，本质上退化成组装厂。当价格战打到刺刀见红的时候，没有自研壁垒的车企连降价的空间都要看供应商脸色。
新势力里，能做到全栈自研的不止零跑一家，也都取得了不错的成绩；极氪、方程豹这类“厂二代”，有母公司的研发和制造底蕴加持，起跑同样很快。
新能源赛道看似拼的是销量和声量，实则是产业链掌控力的较量。那些在智驾、智舱、三电的这些核心环节不舍得下笨功夫、过度依赖外部采购、只懂“拿来主义”的品牌，在淘汰赛里会越来越难。
零跑自研自制的成果显现零跑的差异化在于，它把“自研”真正做成了体系化的成本控制手段。朱江明在十周年内部信中明确说过，零跑整车自研自制比例覆盖了65%的核心零部件成本，最终目标是80%以上。
自研自制是零跑“好而不贵”的坚实基础，不是一句口号。主要体现在几个具体动作上：
一是对电池、电驱这类核心部件的平台化整合。
三电特别是动力电池占整车成本大头，所以向上游要利润是车企的必修课。零跑的做法是加紧从电芯到PACK全栈自研；同时像800V碳化硅高压方案，就因为电池包和电驱等核心部件自研实现了平台化统一，才能“一夜之间”把全系C系列和B系列切换过来。
没有自研自制底子，这种速度根本做不到。
二是将自研优势直接转化为价格和配置的竞争力。
比如B01和B10，把全局800V和3C快充、AR-HUD这些过去20万级才有的配置直接打到10万级，靠的就是自研零部件规模化量产降低了BOM成本。
A10首次将激光雷达与高阶智驾带入10万元以内，月销近3万台。和刚上市的6.39万起步的A05一起扩大规模效益之路。
在行业整车利润率普遍承压的当下，零跑还能维持住12.6%的毛利率，垂直整合起了决定性作用。

就在8月24日，零跑汽车与中国一汽在长春举行深化战略合作协议签署仪式。双方将围绕新能源整车、智能辅助驾驶、动力总成、动力电池、智能底盘、具身智能机器人等领域开展深度协同。
此外，海外也是重要一环。零跑上半年出口量达9.6万台，同比增长372.6%，欧洲已布局超1000家网点。零跑正借助Stellantis的海外产能，在马来西亚、西班牙、巴西等地推进本地化组装和量产。
从整车厂跨界做Tier 1，这本身就是对自身技术实力的背书。
下一个十年的技术储备当然，自研不是万能的，零跑也正在审视和改进自己的短板。智驾方面，目前城区领航辅助虽然已全系推送，但相比华为、小鹏的第一梯队水平仍有差距。

預售發佈會主題叫做“慢工造好車，久等咗”，呢句說話我幾有感觸。
最近“速成車被叫停”嘅話題討論度好高，業界入面有啲車 12 至 18 個月就可以走完研發到上市嘅全流程，呢個速度喺手機業界都算快，何況係車。風雲 T7 由 2022 年預研到而家，前後用咗快 4 年時間。
