Leapmotor has reported another strong month of deliveries, with 103,129 vehicles delivered worldwide in August, up 80.7% from the same month last year.
The figure marks the second time Leapmotor has surpassed 100,000 monthly deliveries, following its record performance in July.
The company has also confirmed that its 2026 Technology Launch will take place on 16 September, where it plans to unveil a range of new technologies.

Leapmotor's latest delivery figures come shortly after the company released its 2026 first-half financial results on 24 August.
Revenue for the first six months reached RMB 38.1 billion (RM 23.2 billion), the highest first-half figure in the company's history. Net profit came in at RMB 210 million, marking its third consecutive six-month period of profitability.
In the second quarter alone, gross margin rose to 12.6%, improving from the previous quarter.

Leapmotor delivered 356,487 vehicles worldwide in the first half of 2026, an increase of 60.8% year on year.
Overseas exports were growing even faster. The company exported 96,294 vehicles during the first half, up 372.6% year on year. That was already more than its total overseas exports for the whole of 2025.
The rapid increase in exports highlights how quickly Leapmotor is expanding beyond China, particularly as it builds a stronger presence across overseas markets.

Leapmotor's next major event will be its 2026 Technology Launch on 16 September, with the company expected to focus on two key areas.
Intelligent driving: Leapmotor plans to introduce a new world model for advanced driver assistance, which is expected to bring further improvements to its driving-assistance systems and safety capabilities.
EV technology: The company will also present its latest developments in batteries, electric motors and electronic control systems, continuing its push to develop more of its core EV technology in-house.
With deliveries continuing to grow, overseas expansion gathering pace and new technology on the way, Leapmotor is becoming an increasingly significant player in China's EV industry. The company's September technology launch will offer a closer look at where it plans to take its next generation of vehicles.
