Naza Eastern Motors expands northern Malaysia footprint with new Suzuki Juru outlet. Introduces SUZUKI CARe protection plan

Naza Eastern Motors the official distributor of Suzuki vehicles in Malaysia has officially expanded its footprint in the northern region with the opening of its newest authorized dealership in Juru, Penang.

Located in Pusat Perdagangan Sentral Jaya, Bukit Mertajam the new 1S facility is operated by SMG Auto (MN) Sdn Bhd. The establishment of Suzuki Juru involves an investment of RM 1 million which covers the facility setup along with its display and test drive units.

Dedicated 1S Sales Outlet with Nearby Service Support

Spanning 1,600 sq. ft. the Suzuki Juru showroom can display up to three Suzuki vehicles concurrently giving prospective buyers in Bukit Mertajam and its surrounding vicinity convenient access to explore the brand's latest model lineup in a dedicated environment. The showroom also features a customer lounge for a comfortable overall experience.

As a 1S (Sales) dealership, Suzuki Juru focuses exclusively on providing sales services. Existing and new Suzuki owners in Penang can access after-sales and servicing through the Suzuki Bayan Lepas service centre.

Speaking at the launch Mohd Rizal Jailan, Chief Executive Officer of Naza Automotive Group noted:

With this latest opening, Suzuki’s official network in Malaysia now encompasses 14 authorised sales outlets and 13 service centres nationwide.

SUZUKI CARe: Integrated Protection and Roadside Assistance

Alongside the launch of the Juru dealership Naza Eastern Motors highlighted its comprehensive ownership protection initiative the SUZUKI CARe.

SUZUKI CARe consolidates Suzuki Protect motor insurance coverage and Road Side Assist into an all-in-one ownership package designed for complete peace of mind. Available for Suzuki vehicles purchased through authorized outlets the Suzuki Protect motor insurance programme is underwritten by Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad.

Naza Eastern Motors also confirmed that final system integrations are currently underway. A dedicated SUZUKI CARe careline (1800-888-700) will go live for customer assistance soon.
