Porsche Malaysia, through official distributor Sime Darby Auto Performance, offers a standard 2-year unlimited mileage vehicle warranty for the Macan EV. The high-voltage battery is covered by a separate 8-year or 160,000 km warranty, providing long-term peace of mind for owners. Extended warranty options may be available for purchase through authorized dealers.

In the luxury electric SUV segment priced between RM 400,000-650,000, the Macan EV's main competitors include the BMW iX3, Mercedes-Benz EQC, and Audi Q6 e-tron. It also competes with the Tesla Model Y Performance and, at similar price points, the Volvo EX90 and Lotus Eletre.
