日系主流皮卡的电气化转型终于迈出实质性一步。近日，据外媒报道，三菱汽车已确认推出 Triton皮卡的混动版本，该车型将与全新帕杰罗混动SUV一同，通过泰国生产基地的电气化升级实现量产。为此三菱计划追加160亿泰铢投资泰国工厂，到2030年将其打造为全球电气化皮卡与硬派SUV的出口枢纽。
首批量产的将是油电混动（ HEV）版本Triton，后续再根据电池技术迭代与全球市场需求，逐步推进插混（PHEV）乃至纯电皮卡的研发。三菱全球工程与产品战略负责人此前明确表示，混动方案可直接兼容现有的非承载式车身平台，无需对车架、底盘结构进行大规模改造，短期落地成本更低，也更能保障皮卡车型的重载能力与越野可靠性，是当前最务实的技术路径。
值得注意的是，三菱并未采用联盟伙伴日产的 e-Power增程技术，而是选择独立开发皮卡专属的混动系统，核心目的就是保留硬派皮卡的核心性能属性，避免因电气化牺牲载重、拖拽与非铺装路面适应能力。
三菱加速推进皮卡电气化，本质上是被中国新能源皮卡的出海浪潮倒逼的市场选择。以澳大利亚这一全球核心皮卡市场为例， 2025年三菱Triton销量位列第17位；而比亚迪Shark 6插混皮卡仅用一年时间就追了上来，位列第18位。除比亚迪外，长城Cannon Alpha插混版也已登陆澳洲市场，叠加福特Ranger插混版本的入局，原本由柴油动力垄断的澳洲皮卡市场，电气化竞争已全面打响。
与中国品牌普遍优先布局插混、纯电的路线不同，三菱选择从油混动切入皮卡赛道，更贴合传统皮卡用户对可靠性、低使用成本的核心诉求，也避开了偏远矿区、越野场景充电基础设施不足的痛点。但这一保守路线同样面临挑战：当前中国品牌的插混皮卡已实现纯电续航超百公里、综合续航破千公里的技术优势，价格带持续下探，将进一步挤压传统柴油皮卡的生存空间。
写在最后：对三菱而言，电气化升级既是应对全球排放法规的必选项，也是对抗中国皮卡出海扩张的核心布局。随着 Triton混动版的推进，全球中型皮卡市场将迎来日系混动与中国插混的正面交锋，皮卡电气化的技术路线之争，也将从市场端的销量比拼，延伸至技术路径的长期博弈。
