2026年7月21日-23日，2026中国汽车论坛在上海嘉定举办。本届论坛由中国汽车工业协会主办，以“新开局，新机遇，新征程——共绘汽车产业高质量发展新蓝图”为主题，由“1场闭门峰会、1个大会论坛、1场技术领袖峰会、13个主题专题论坛、N场行业发布”等16场会议和若干配套活动构成，各场会议围绕汽车行业热点重点话题，探索方向，引领未来。其中，在7月22日上午举办的“大会论坛”上，重庆长安汽车股份有限公司执行副总裁、阿维塔科技(重庆)股份有限公司董事长王辉发表了“以四化锚定发展方向 以产业协同竞逐全球化”主题演讲。以下内容为现场发言实录：
尊敬的各位领导、同仁、媒体朋友们，大家上午好，很高兴和大家相聚在中国汽车论坛。今年是 “十五五” 规划的开局之年，中国汽车产业站在新的历史起点上，身处从规模扩张转向高质量发展的关键转折期。中国汽车产业如何开好局、起好步，如何在新的五年规划中实现由大到强的跨越式转变，是摆在全行业面前的时代必答题。今天，我想围绕 “形势”与“出路” 两个核心关键词，和各位分享对全球汽车产业的几点观察与思考。
首先，我们来看未来的大势。我认为中国汽车产业多数品牌目前正处于残酷洗牌的十字路口。必须清醒地认识到，中国汽车产业已经进入了优胜劣汰的深水区。行业竞争正从价格比拼，转向以用户体验为核心的价值竞争。这场变革带来的财务冲击与经营压力前所未有，正倒逼所有参与者重新审视自身的领导力模式、研发体系与营收策略。这已经不是常规的产品迭代升级，而是一场覆盖全体系能力的深度较量。
其次，从行业特征来看，我认为存在四大重塑。
第一个重塑是市场格局的重塑。发展模式从单一引擎转向双极分化，内需承压，出海破局已经成为行业发展新常态。上半年国内汽车产销同比下行，内需增长乏力，市场进入存量博弈的白热化阶段。与此同时，汽车出口实现超预期增长，成为支撑行业稳定发展的核心动力。有一组数据可以参考：今年上半年，国内汽车批售总量同比下降 21%，而汽车出口同比大幅增长 65%，其中新能源汽车出口增速更是达到 122%。国内市场是不进则退的淘汰赛，海外市场则是增量扩张的拉力赛。中国汽车的全球化征程已经全面开启，我上周刚从国外回来，接下来三个月，行程排了 20 个海外国家，也和大家分享一下一线感受。伴随着中国品牌集体出海，外部市场培育的工作压力大幅减轻。所有海外市场对于中国品牌的接受度、认可度非常高。我们走进海外每一个国家，都能够充分感受到这份底气。这对于中国汽车品牌而言，确实是非常宝贵的机遇。
第二个重塑是技术路线的重塑。行业发展从电动化上半场迈向智能化下半场。产业竞争的核心赛道正快速切换，软件定义汽车正在加速向人工智能定义汽车跨越。汽车不再是单纯的交通工具，而是驾驶座舱、底盘、动力等智能系统深度融合的超级智能终端。与此同时，以机器人为代表的具身智能逐渐成为产业新方向。2026 年，正是各类技术从概念预期走向规模化落地的关键窗口。如果说产业上半场比拼的是电量，下半场比拼的就是算力。谁能在人工智能与智能驾驶领域建立代差级优势，谁就能掌握下一代移动出行的定义权。
谈及这一点，我分享一线体会。如今走访海外，海外合作伙伴关注的不再是我们下一代车型规划，而是我们下一代人工智能技术如何布局。这是今年非常突出的变化。前些年，海外合作方更多关注新一代产品规划，现在重心已经转向车企人工智能布局。
第三个重塑是产业链价值的重塑。发展重心从整车为王转向生态协同。产业的价值重心与权力中心正在发生转移，传统主机厂和供应商的线性产业链关系被彻底打破。在电池、智能驾驶领域，国内供应链企业正从传统零部件配套商升级为系统级解决方案提供商。本土供应链企业开始主导全球智能汽车底层技术架构，跨界融合成为产业常态。未来的产业竞争不再是单一企业之间的对抗，而是不同生态体系之间的比拼。
第四个重塑是竞争模式的重塑。也就是从产品出海迈向产业出海。当前中国汽车全球化已经进入深水区，正从单纯的整车产品出口，迈入本土品牌搭配本土供应链的产业出海新阶段。海外产能布局，也从早期点状试水，升级为区域制造中心建设。
2026 至 2027 年，将是中国车企海外工厂集中投产、产能爬坡的关键时期。与此同时，中国车企依托领先的能源技术与智能科技，加快品牌形象升级，凭借差异化技术优势，在欧洲等高端成熟市场树立高科技中国车的品牌认知，推动中国汽车出口实现从规模领先向质量引领跨越。
身处大变革时代，我个人认为，只有坚定智能化、绿色化、融合化、全球化转型，才能在本轮产业变革中将挑战转化为机遇。借此机会，我和大家分享长安汽车的实践。中国长安汽车“1445”全球战略指引下，长安汽车紧扣高质量发展路线，加速智能化、绿色化、融合化、全球化转型，向着世界一流汽车品牌稳步迈进。
第一是持续推进北斗天枢计划，加速向智能化转型。我们始终把智能化作为转型升级的核心引擎。自 2009 年组建智能化团队以来，人员规模已经壮大到 7500 余人。我们拥有行业唯一的智能汽车安全技术全国重点实验室。打造了行业领先的长安汽车天枢智能试验中心等 200 余个实验室，可支撑全球协同、全天候不间断测试。虚拟仿真测试场景超 40 万个，软件试车场每日仿真里程可达 330 万公里。长安自研一段式端到端驾驶辅助系统——长安天枢领航，围绕用户出行生理、心理、情感三大核心需求，搭建三大安全防线，实现从底线守护、减负安心到默契陪伴的全维度体验升级。下半年，天枢领航价值辅助系统将搭载在长安启源 Q06 上实现量产上市。
第二是深入实施香格里拉计划，加速向新能源转型。品牌层面，我们搭建阿维塔、深蓝、长安启源三大全球数字新能源品牌矩阵，三个品牌也分别在不同海外国家推进出海布局。
技术层面，依托长安六国十地全球研发布局，我们打造金钟罩电池，依靠创新实现长寿命、高安全、超高效、快速补能。我们完成 20 安时级硫化物与衍聚复合固态电池技术验证，单体能量密度可达 400Wh/kg。今年七月，热电池项目继 2024 年后，再次荣获国家科学技术进步二等奖。
