Recently, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange prospectus submitted by Avatr on November 27, 2025, has entered an invalid status due to exceeding 6 months. According to Avatr representatives, this invalidation is a common technical procedure in the IPO process. The overall listing progress remains unaffected. The company is updating the prospectus according to requirements and will resubmit it as soon as possible.

According to HKEX rules, prospectuses will automatically become invalid if listing hearings and listing are not completed within 6 months of submission. Industry analysts point out that the current Hong Kong Stock Exchange IPO review cycles are generally longer; just in May, over 20 companies' prospectuses became invalid one after another. According to the rules, enterprises can resubmit within 3 months.
