Omoda Jaecoo Malaysia expands network with new 3S centres in Kulai and Kota Bharu, Kulai outlet to be southern region’s largest

Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia has expanded its retail and aftersales footprint with the opening of two new authorised 3S centres in Kulai, Johor and Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The additions bring the brand closer to customers in the south and east coast, while lifting its nationwide dealer network to 55 outlets.

The new centres are part of the brand’s broader push to improve ownership convenience, especially as its lineup grows and more buyers look for local service support rather than travelling across state lines.

In Kulai, Omoda | Jaecoo said the new outlet operated by Supernova Motor Sdn Bhd is its largest dealership in southern Malaysia. The facility represents a RM 3 million investment and spans 20,419 sq ft across two storeys.

The Kulai site can display up to eight vehicles in its showroom and is supported by a workshop with 12 service bays. Omoda | Jaecoo said the service centre is designed to handle up to 1,560 vehicle intakes a month.

The Johor outlet is built to the brand’s latest global corporate identity standards and includes premium customer facilities. A fully fledged body and paint centre is also planned for the site, which would further broaden the aftersales scope beyond regular servicing.

In Kelantan, the new Kota Bharu 3S Centre operated by Future Otto Sdn Bhd is Omoda | Jaecoo’s first authorised dealership in the state. It also strengthens the brand’s presence on the east coast, where service and spare parts access can be a deciding factor for buyers.

The Kota Bharu facility is fully authorised as a 3S outlet, meaning sales, service and spare parts are handled under one roof. Omoda | Jaecoo said the centre is equipped to support its expanding range of New Energy Vehicles, or NEVs.

The service workshop in Kota Bharu is designed for up to 650 service intakes a month, giving the brand extra capacity as more vehicles enter the market and age into routine maintenance cycles.

Across the two openings, Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia said the network now consists of 24 outlets in the central region, 11 in the southern region, 11 in the northern region, 2 in the east coast region and 7 in East Malaysia. The new locations add another layer of coverage for owners who want easier access to authorised servicing.

For buyers, the relevance is not just showroom presence. A wider dealer and workshop network can matter just as much as launch pricing, particularly for newer brands trying to build confidence in long-term ownership, parts supply and resale perception.

The Kulai centre is located at Lot 2554, Jalan Raya, Saleng, 81400 Senai, Johor Darul Ta'zim, while the Kota Bharu centre is at Lot 1483A, Jalan Long Yunus, 15200 Kota Bharu. =
