Leapmotor B10 Set to Launch in Malaysia, Estimated Starting Price RM100,000

Leapmotor's B10 is poised to make its debut in the Malaysian market, with local media projecting a price range of RM100,000 to RM110,000. This launch marks another key step in Leapmotor's Southeast Asia expansion, following its partnership with Stellantis Group to establish local assembly operations in Malaysia earlier this year.

The  Leapmotor B10 retains the same cutting-edge global design philosophy as its Chinese counterpart. Notably, the front face features a full-width LED headlight bar that echoes the integrated lower front bumper, significantly enhancing the visual width of the vehicle.

The side profile adheres to Leapmotor's family design language, boasting a low-slung stance with smooth, dynamic lines that exude sportiness. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,515mm in length, 1,885mm in width, and 1,655mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,735mm. At the rear, a full-width taillight bar mirrors the front design, creating a cohesive and modern appearance.

Inside the cabin, the design is centered around the "Dynamic Geometry" concept, utilizing vibrant rounded rectangular elements to create a relaxed yet dynamic atmosphere. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 intelligent cockpit chip, delivering an AI computing power of 30 TOPS – nearly 8 times higher than the Snapdragon 8155, with double the CPU performance and triple the 3D rendering capability.

For the powertrain, the all-electric B10 offers two configurations: motor options with maximum power outputs of 132kW and 160kW, paired with corresponding driving ranges of 510km and 600km respectively. The model also boasts a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating, underscoring its commitment to safety.
