Spied: Geely E211 spotted, could this signal at a potential Proton eMas 3?

The Geely Galaxy range of models, including the Xingyuan (Proton eMas 5 to us) and E5 (Proton eMas 7 to us) have been a massive sales success, with the former securing China’s number 1 sales spot for 2025.

Now, it appears that Geely may soon be expanding its new energy vehicle (NEV) with the addition of a new entry-level model, codenamed Geely E211.

Though this particular prototype, which was spotted in China, is still covered in copious amount of camouflage, we can still see that, like the Xingyuan / eMas 5, the E211 (potentially eMas 3?) also adopts the same bulbous design language, even with tiny wheels to match.

We can also spot projector lights here, though it remains to be seen if Geely will fit in LED or halogen lights here. In the case of the eMas 5, the entry-level Prime variant gets halogen headlights.

Beyond that, little is known about the upcoming Geely E211.

As a brief recap, the larger Geely Xingyuan / Proton eMas 5 gets several LFP battery packs, with capacities ranging from 30.12 kWh to 47.14 kWh, which in turn offers a range up to 480 km under the lenient CLTC cycle.

Back home, Proton already trademarked the eMas 3 name since 2024, hinting that the company may have plans for an even more affordable eMas model positioned below the eMas 5.

The latter is priced between RM 56,800 to RM 69,800.
