Toyota Malaysia introduces courtesy car benefit for TIP customers, year-end draw offers 100 iPhone Duo prizes

UMW Toyota Motor has introduced Mobili-T Assist, a complimentary courtesy car benefit for eligible Toyota Insurance Package (TIP) customers whose repair work is estimated to take more than 14 days.

Alongside the ownership support programme, the company has launched Move Your World Rewards, offering new Toyota buyers the chance to win one of 100 iPhone Duo prizes through registrations made in November and December 2026.

Mobili-T Assist offers a courtesy car for up to five days

Under Mobili-T Assist, eligible TIP customers can receive a courtesy car for up to five days, giving them time to arrange alternative transport or adjust their schedules while their vehicle undergoes repairs.

To qualify, customers must have TIP coverage, with the required work estimated to exceed 14 days. Courtesy cars are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, eligibility and applicable terms.

The benefit complements Toyota’s authorised repair network, which comprises 50 Toyota Body & Paint outlets nationwide.

Toyota Insurance Package includes no betterment charges for vehicles up to 12 years old

Mobili-T Assist joins the existing benefits under TIP, including no betterment charges for vehicles up to 12 years old, supporting the use of Toyota Genuine Parts for eligible insurance claims.

The package also offers Agreed Value coverage for vehicles up to 15 years old, with a 100% payout of the sum insured for total loss or theft claims, subject to policy terms.

Other benefits include free Toyota 24/7 Road Assist and claims assessment and approval within 24 hours of a complete submission, subject to the policy’s conditions.

UMW Toyota Motor says the courtesy car provision strengthens its Toyota Extra Mile ownership programme by bringing mobility assistance together with insurance protection and authorised repairs.

Register a new Toyota by 31 December for a chance to win

The Move Your World Rewards campaign runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026, alongside Toyota’s rebate offers.

Eligible individual customers who register a new Toyota during this period will automatically enter a lucky draw. There are 100 iPhone Duo prizes across two monthly draws, with 50 winners selected from each month’s eligible registrations.

Existing Toyota customers receive three entries per eligible vehicle registration, while new customers receive one.

Existing owners can also enjoy exclusive aftersales benefits on selected parts and accessories, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
