8月1日，各家新能源汽车品牌7月销量数据陆续公开。
零跑汽车率先亮出7月“战绩”——101267辆，同比增长102%，相当于去年同期的两倍还多。
零跑首次突破10万辆交付大关，成为国内造车新势力历史上，第一次单月交付突破10万辆的车企。
戏剧性的是，小鹏38027辆，蔚来35934辆，理想30468辆——曾经的“蔚小理”三强，现在加起来销量才刚和零跑打个平手。理想更是连续三个月同环比双降，曾经的新势力一哥，现在被零跑甩开了三倍还多。
甚至，已经遥遥领先了“遥遥领先”，鸿蒙智行“五界”7月销量45046辆。
很多车友这时候才反应过来，零跑什么时候这么厉害了？
01、别人赚的是品牌钱，零跑赚的是“工厂钱”
零跑能跑到今天，最核心的底牌就是四个字：全域自研。
很多人对这四个字没概念，觉得不就是自己研发点东西吗？但零跑做的，比绝大多数人想象的要极端得多。
到今天为止，零跑自研自制的零部件，已经占到了整车BOM成本的65%。什么概念？从电池、电驱、电控这三电核心，到智能座舱、智能驾驶、电子电气架构，再延伸到压缩机、车灯、座椅、保险杠、车载电源这些传统认为没必要自己造的东西，只要价值量够高，零跑都自己干。
朱江明算过一笔账：按照汽车零部件行业平均15%的毛利率算，光自研这一项，零跑每辆车的成本就比竞争对手低10%左右。
这10%是什么概念？就是同样配置的车，零跑能比别人便宜一两万，还能有钱赚；别人卖这个价就要亏，零跑卖这个价还能保持健康的毛利率。
这不是什么营销噱头，是刻在朱江明骨子里的制造基因。很多人可能忘了，朱江明在造车之前，是大华股份的创始人之一，干了几十年安防制造。安防行业是什么环境？杀价杀到骨头里，一分钱一分钱地抠成本。别人看到的是需要管理的供应商，朱江明看到的是这中间有多少中间商的利润可以挤掉。
最经典的例子是车灯。当年零跑做第一款车的时候，找供应商报价，一套车灯大几千块。朱江明拉着团队自己算，用大华做嵌入式的技术积累自己研发，最后成本直接砍了一半。
所以你看零跑的车会觉得奇怪：怎么配置比别人高，价格还比别人低？不是零跑在赔本赚吆喝，是它把供应链中间的利润，全让给消费者了。用朱江明自己的话说：“我们就赚个代工厂的钱，其他的都给用户。”
02、零跑有没有自己的核心技术？
很多人对零跑有个误解，觉得它就是靠便宜，技术不行。
这其实是最大的误会。
便宜只是结果，背后是一整套自研技术体系在撑着。
最核心的是“四叶草”中央集成式电子电气架构。这东西说复杂很复杂，说简单也简单：传统汽车是分布式架构，几十个ECU各管各的，零跑用一颗SOC芯片加一颗MCU，把座舱、智驾、动力、车身四个域的功能全整合到一起了。
最狠的是，这套架构不是只给旗舰车用，连10万级的A10都标配了，这在以前是想都不敢想的。
架构集中了，整车的响应速度、OTA能力、故障率都会好很多，成本反而还降了。
然后是CTC2.0Plus电池底盘一体化技术。零跑是国内最早量产CTC的车企之一，现在累计装车已经超过50万辆。简单说就是把电池直接和底盘做成一体，去掉了传统电池包的上盖，既省空间又减重，车身刚性还更高。安全性上，零跑的电池做到了热失控48小时不起火不爆炸，是新国标的24倍。
三电方面，零跑的智能油冷电驱是完全自研自造的，八合一集成度比行业主流的三合一、六合一更高，效率和可靠性都更好。800V高压SiC平台也不是高端车专属，从20万的C系列到10万的B系列，该给的都给了，配合4C超充，补能速度完全跟得上第一梯队。
智能驾驶之前是零跑的短板，但现在也追上来了。激光雷达+高通8650智驾芯片的组合，已经能做到车位到车位的全场景领航，而且是标配永久免费。9月份的技术日，零跑还要发布基于世界模型的下一代智驾，直接对标行业第一梯队。
说白了，零跑不是没技术，它是把技术都用在了用户能摸到的地方，而不是花在营销和品牌溢价上。
03、从6万到30万全吃，这才是最大的阳谋
零跑第二个聪明的地方，是它从来没有“新势力的偶像包袱”。
其他新势力起步的时候，几乎都盯着30万以上的高端市场，讲品牌、讲调性、讲用户圈层，好像不卖贵一点就不配叫新势力。结果呢？市场一波动，高端消费力一下降，销量立刻就承压。理想现在的困境，很大程度上就是因为产品全卡在30万以上，上不去下不来。
零跑不一样，它从一开始就没想过只做高端。现在零跑的产品矩阵，A、B、C、D四个系列，从6万块的入门车，一直覆盖到30万以上的旗舰MPV，所有主流价格带一个不落。
刚刚过去的7月销量结构，很说明问题：
①A系列的A10，月销近3万辆，这是零跑的基本盘，牢牢抓住了最广大的入门级用户；
