马来西亚近期再度发生的Chery Omoda 5后车轴脱落事件，引发该车企董事长兼总裁尹同跃公开致歉；与此同时，原厂目前正针对涉及的8,878辆车全面展开召回检修。
对受影响的车主而言，眼下当务之急是尽快将爱车送检并彻底解决隐患。而对Chery来说，这起风波也让其对大马消费者的品牌承诺，在最高管理层面上接受最严峻的检视。

尹同跃在2026年10月21日举行的世界智能网联汽车大会上直面这项责任问题，他指出，进军海外市场必须对当地进行长期深耕与持续投入，并高度尊重当地的法律规范与商业生态。

他警示业内切勿盲目自满与过度宣传，并强调在准备未足的情况下贸然展开全球化扩张，最终恐将以失败收场。
谈及马来西亚市场时，尹同跃坦承车辆存在品质问题，并透露自己在当天稍早已亲自向大马投资、贸易及工业部（MITI）部长致歉。他也表示，事件发生后Chery已全面对客户负责到底。
在此之前，网上传出一段清晰拍到一辆Omoda 5后车轴脱落的视频。JPJ随后勒令暂时吊销该车款的车辆型式认证（VTA），在正式技术调查报告出炉前，全面冻结新车注册。
