Evening of August 30, Sailun Group disclosed the 2026 semi-annual report, delivering a brilliant performance report with rising volume and profit: Revenue reached 20.027 billion yuan in the first half, up 13.88% year-on-year; Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 2.16 billion yuan, up 17.97% year-on-year—Average daily earnings exceed 10 million. As of June 30, total assets of the company were 51.359 billion yuan, net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company were 22.662 billion yuan.

The growth momentum in the second quarter further accelerated: Single quarter revenue was 10.566 billion yuan, up 15.16% year-on-year, up 11.68% quarter-on-quarter; Net profit was 1.103 billion yuan, up significantly 39.26% year-on-year. The group simultaneously unveiled the semi-annual dividend proposal, proposing to pay 0.15 yuan per share (inclusive of tax), expected to distribute 493 million yuan, implementing interim dividends for three consecutive years.

Production and Sales Both Break Records, Global Capacity Accelerates Release

With global capacity gradually releasing, Sailun's production and sales in the first half both refreshed historical same-period levels: Tire production 46.9749 million units, up 15.70% year-on-year; Sales 45.0135 million units, up 14.99% year-on-year, both domestic and international markets saw simultaneous volume increases.

Currently, factories in Vietnam and Cambodia have entered a stable high-output phase, Indonesian and Mexican factories' capacity continues to climb, Egypt project construction is proceeding in an orderly manner. Overseas base planning totals 12.75 million all-steel radial tires, 89 million semi-steel radial tires and 130,000 tons of off-road tire annual capacity. In 2025 and the first half of 2026, the group's exported radial tire delivery volume and overseas factory production/sales volume both ranked first in the Chinese tire industry. Amid frequent trade barriers, proactive global layout is becoming Sailun's core moat to traverse cycles.

R&D Iteration Lands, Digitalization Leads the Industry

The group has 4 R&D centers globally. The 'R&D and Application of High-end Tire Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment without Personnel Forming' project jointly tackled in August won the First Prize of Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress. Product end, all-steel tires launched new products for new energy, heavy load, mine conditions, etc.; semi-steel tire high-end UHP product US61 put into production, multiple winter tires passed European TÜV certification; Off-road tire revenue ranked first in the 2026 domestic engineering tire enterprise leaderboard.

In terms of digitalization, the group implemented systems such as AI visual quality inspection, AGV automatic logistics, APS intelligent scheduling, etc., and built a self-developed AI matrix including Rubber Chain Cloud Chat industry large model, Sailun Lobster, Sailhorse agent, etc., rated as one of the first batch of enterprises with level 5 digital transformation maturity in the industry, selected into the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Digital Navigator Enterprise List.

Brand Value Climbs, ESG Sets Industry Benchmark

In 2026, Sailun ranked 10th globally in the Brand Finance Global Most Valuable Tire Brands list, the highest-ranked Chinese tire brand; Entered the 'Top 500 Most Valuable Brands in China' list for the first time with a brand value of 125.189 billion yuan, ranked on the 'Fortune China 500' list for two consecutive years.

In terms of ESG, the group is the first domestic tire enterprise to pass SBTi Science Based Targets verification, MSCI ESG rating reached AA level, the highest level in the Chinese tire industry. Liquid Gold Tire carbon reduction results are outstanding, carbon emissions per 1000 kilometers over the full life cycle for truck/bus tires and car tires decreased by 39% and 27% respectively compared to ordinary tires.

Under the general dilemma of 'revenue growth without profit increase' in the global tire industry, Sailun's semi-annual report of 'revenue growth and profit increase' is particularly rare. In the future, the group will continue with the mission of 'Making a Good Tire', strengthen core competitiveness through global layout and R&D technology, submit a better answer to global consumers.
