You're looking at the new Jetour Traveller 7, photographed by our team ahead of the 2026 Chengdu Motor Show.

The latest addition to Jetour's rugged SUV line-up keeps the familiar boxy shape of the Traveller, but gets a revised front end and a new 1.5-litre turbocharged hybrid powertrain.
Jetour is set to open reservations for the Traveller 7 on 21 August at the Chengdu Motor Show.
(Note: The Jetour Traveller is sold as the Jetour T2 in Malaysia.)

Up front, the grille now gets a full-width trim strip, while the Jetour badge has been moved from the grille to the bonnet. The front bumper is now painted in the same colour as the body, replacing the contrasting finish on the current model.

The side profile retains the familiar Traveller look, with a boxy shape and straight, rugged lines.
The Traveller 7 measures 4,827 mm long, 2,006 mm wide and 1,875 mm tall, with a 2,800 mm wheelbase.

At the back, the Traveller 7 retains the familiar spare wheel mounted on the tailgate, along with the side-hinged rear door. The tail-lights now feature smoked inner elements, giving the rear a more aggressive look.

The Traveller 7 gets a new 1.5-litre turbocharged hybrid powertrain, combining the petrol engine with an electric motor. The engine produces 115 kW.
With the Jetour T2 already on sale in Malaysia, the bigger question is whether the Traveller 7 could eventually make its way here as the next version of the local SUV.
For now, more details will follow once the Chengdu Motor Show opens on 21 August.
