Honda Malaysia has just launched the updated 2026 Honda City Hatchback in Malaysia. The B-segment hatchback gets revised styling, a larger infotainment display and additional safety equipment, with the line-up now comprising three variants.

The new Honda City Hatchback is offered in V, Petrol RS and e:HEV RS variants, with prices as follows:
All prices are on-the-road, without insurance.
As part of the launch campaign, customers who register any variant will receive a RM 4,000 cash reward.
Existing Honda owners who trade in their vehicles through the selected Honda Certified Used Car programme are eligible for a RM 2,000 rebate towards their new Honda purchase.

Separately, customers trading in a vehicle of any brand through Honda’s collaboration with Carsome at participating authorised dealers will receive a RM 1,000 rebate towards their new Honda purchase. These offers are subject to terms and conditions.
The update follows the recently introduced City Sedan, giving Honda’s two City body styles a fresh round of upgrades.

Up front, all variants receive a revised connected headlight design incorporating bi-LED headlights.
There are also new 16-inch two-tone alloy wheels. The RS variants get a Berlina Black and Dark Clear finish, while the V receives a Shark Gray finish.

Four exterior colours are available:
Blazing Red Pearl is new to the line-up, while Stellar Diamond Pearl is exclusive to the petrol variants.
Inside, the updated City Hatchback gets a revised dashboard garnish with a 3D pattern and ambient lighting. Both RS variants also receive a new sports seat trim design with red stitching.

The infotainment display has grown to 10 inches, while the e RS adds a wireless charger.

Honda’s ULTRA Seats remain part of the package, offering Utility, Long, Tall and Refresh configurations. The different seating arrangements allow owners to adapt the cabin for bulky items, longer loads or additional space to stretch out.

The V and Petrol RS variants are powered by a 1.5-litre DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine which output 121 PS and 145 Nm, mated to a CVT that drives the front wheels.

As for the range-topping e:HEV RS, it gets Honda’s 1.5-litre e:HEV hybrid powertrain, with a quoted output of 109 PS and 253 Nm.

Equipment highlights across the new City Hatchback range include:
Both the Petrol RS and e:HEV RS add:
The e:HEV RS also adds a wireless charger.
All variants of the new Honda City Hatchback come with an eight-year, unlimited-mileage vehicle warranty. The e RS also gets a 10-year, unlimited-mileage hybrid battery warranty
