This is the updated 2026 Tesla Model 3 – larger 16.0-inch display, Zen Grey interior*

This is the season of refreshed models, as over the past couple of weeks, various car manufactures have been introducing new and updated models. These brands include Mazda, Honda, and GWM.

More recently, Tesla also joined the crowd with its updated 2026 Tesla Model 3.

What’s new with the 2026 Tesla Model 3?

Updates to Tesla’s entry-level sedan include:

  • New 19-inch Dark Nova alloy wheels (Display unit were fitted with the standard 18-inch wheels)
  • Zen Grey interior colour option (Replaces black & white, RM 5,000, except RWD)
  • Larger 16.0-inch infotainment (Up from 15.4-inch)
  • Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability

The Ultra Red example you see in these photos is fitted with the standard All Black interior. Part of the update exercise also sees the headliner colour changing to black, available on both Black and Zen Grey interior colours.

As for the Tesla Model 3 Performance, it also gets an updated TL2 front motor, though without a bump in output figures. That being said, this new motor does help the Tesla Model 3 Performance to bump its range to 600 km (WLTP).

To note, the V2L capability is only available on vehicles manufactured from October 2026 onwards, and require a separate RM 350 Tesla Outlet Adapter.

In terms of pricing, the 2026 Tesla Model 3 can be purchased at the same price as before:

  • Rear-wheel drive: RM 149,000
  • Premium Rear-wheel drive: RM 171,000
  • Premium Long Range Rear-wheel drive: RM 187,000
  • Performance All-wheel drive: RM 232,000
