Denza Balakong 4S centre opens – seven service bays, body and paint facilities, Flash Charging planned

Denza has opened its eighth Malaysian showroom, with Denza Balakong by Wing Hin Elegant adding sales, servicing and authorised body and paint facilities to the brand’s southern Klang Valley network.

The new 4S centre in Seri Kembangan spans approximately 3,000 square metres, placing it among the three largest Denza dealer facilities in Malaysia by footprint.

Customers can explore the Denza D9, B8 and Z9GT, with aftersales facilities housed at the same location.

Two-floor showroom with seven display bays

Around 650 square metres is allocated to vehicle exhibition, with seven display bays across two floors. A separate 61-square-metre delivery room provides a dedicated space for vehicle handovers.

The customer areas include a lounge, complimentary coffee and a VIP room. Locally inspired artwork and a milestone wall tracing Denza’s development are also part of the showroom.

Wing Hin Elegant managing director Crystal Loh said the company plans to host activities and customer experiences at the centre, encouraging visitors to get acquainted with the brand beyond the vehicle purchase itself.

Servicing, wheel alignment and body repairs

Denza Balakong has seven bays for mechanical servicing and wheel alignment, alongside authorised body and paint facilities.

For owners in the southern Klang Valley, this brings routine maintenance and accident repair support together at one location.

BYD Malaysia managing director Jacob Ma said Balakong strengthens the brand’s sales and aftersales coverage, with further network expansion intended to make Denza more accessible to Malaysian customers.
