7 月下旬，長安汽車接連釋放兩份關鍵信號：一邊係 7 月中旬披露嘅半年度業績預報——上半年整車銷售 111.89 萬輛（同比下滑 17.44%），歸母公司股東淨利潤僅 7.4 億至 9.7 億元（同比下降 57.66%—67.70%），扣非淨利潤 2.3 億至 3.3 億元（同比下降 77.65%—84.42%）；
另外一邊係 7 月 23 日公告 52.67 億元定向增發獲深交所審核通過，資金將投向新能源車型及數智平台（42.17 億元）與全球研發中心（10.50 億元）。
一冷一熱之間，呢間年銷逼近 300 萬輛級嘅央企車企，正主動將「規模光環」拆落嚟。喺年中有媒體溝通會上，中國長安汽車集團黨委副書記、董事譚本宏將呢種反差講得好直白：「上半年集團主動砍掉毛利低效產品，唔再片面追求無利潤嘅規模增量。」佢用咗一個馬拉松比喻——「高原跑馬拉松，前 5 公里同後 5 公里配速肯定唔一樣，盲目加速只會透支實力。」
「拋棄」7 萬輛：唔係賣唔到，係唔想賣
長安呢輪下滑，至少有壹塊係自己親手切走嘅。
今年 4 月「1445」全球戰略落地，產品譜系從 63 款壓縮到 36 款。最扎眼嘅動作係停產 Lumin——一款定價 5 萬元以下嘅微型電車，去年仲係走量主力，單上半年就空出約 7 萬輛缺口。「低端微型電動車盈利空間極度狹窄，企業唔再片面追求無利潤嘅規模增量。」譚本宏喺溝通會上冇兜彎子，「Lumin 叫停後，新能源板塊均價同利潤率反而抬上嚟；剔除 Lumin 減量，長安新能源上半年同比實際增長 11.2%。」
中車網查詢咗一位接近長安內部嘅知情人，佢算咗一筆帳：「Lumin 巔峰期月銷過萬，但單車毛利長期喺幾百塊到一千幾蚊徘徊，計埋渠道返利同資金佔用，有陣時賣一輛虧一輛。與其拿佢沖排行榜，不如將產線讓俾啟源 Q05、深藍 S05 呢啲能夠跑通毛利嘅新能源。」喺佢睇嚟，砍 Lumin 唔係認輸，係「將無效規模換咗有效研發頻寬」。
但主動瘦身解釋唔晒全部。燃油基盤退潮更快：CS75 燃油版上半年同比跌過 37%，逸動靠終端減價守份額，CS55、UNI-T/K 等舊 SUV 環比走弱。 新能源端 41.42 萬輛、同比下滑 8.3%，啟源 Q05（約 7.2 萬）同深藍 S05（約 7.9 萬）扛住大盤，阿維塔上半年僅 2.76 萬輛、同比近乎腰斬，四年累計虧損超 130 億。 譚本宏亦承認：「我哋而家仲未完全掌握咗多品牌嘅經營能力。」
外部擠壓同樣真實。公司將利潤縮水首要歸因於匯兌損失 + 原材料加價：上半年海外銷 45.47 萬輛、同比漲 51.87%，海外佔總量約 33.6%，匯率稍有波動利潤就出血；碳酸鋰回漲至 18 萬元/噸、儲存晶片單價幾倍跳，行業平均利潤率被壓到 3.4% 上下。 券商汽車分析師李強認為：「長安嘅『跌』係主動 + 扭埋一齊，但主動部分佔比比市場諗嘅更高——佢選擇喺 300 萬輛高位自己踩煞車，而不是等坡底再煞。」
賭自研智駕，拒絕做「組裝廠」
錢點行，比錢本身更說明問題。
呢次定增由控股股東現金全額包攬，股價低於發行價仲鎖三年，市場普遍解讀為「央企大股東兜底信心」。集資唔擴產能，只投研發：42.17 億進新能源車型及數智平台，10.5 億進全球研發中心。 對應長安過去五年智能化累計投入超百億、團隊破 7500 人、2026 年單算力中心砸約 30 億嘅節奏。
智駕係呢筆錢嘅核心落點。譚本宏喺溝通會上拋過一個尖銳判斷：「如果車企放棄智駕自研，只依賴外部供應，本質上只係保留咗造車殼子嘅組裝工廠，冇核心科技壁壘。」佢自稱「重度智駕使用者」，開阿維塔 90% 場景開智駕，但強調長安唔揀激進路線，「將核心精力放喺拉高安全上限、打磨體驗上」。
落地載體係「天樞領航」系統——一段式端到端 + 多模態大模型，計劃 9 月隨啟源 Q06 量產上車。執行副總裁楊大勇將 Q06 定義為「啟源下半年為智駕而戰」嘅旗艦：「天樞領航 Ultra 唔係湊功能，係將長安數智承諾兌現俾主流家庭用戶。」而譚本宏口中之「一腦多體」，係將智駕大模型當「腦」，向機器人、低空出行等「體」外溢，長安天樞智能機器人子公司喺牌桌上。
逼住將呢套邏輯向一位新勢力智駕負責人詢問，佢回覆克制：「7500 人如果係智駕 + 座艙 + 三電打包，單賽道濃度唔及華為車 BU（7000—8000 人專職智駕）、小鵬（約 3000 人智駕團隊 + 百億研發）。長安嘅優勢係整車銷量基盤同央企融資通道，劣勢係 C 端用戶對『天樞』仲未建立像『XNGP』『ADS』嗰種心智。Q06 夠唔夠打，睇嘅係全國可用率同接管率，唔係發布會 PPT。」
組織端喺收口：深藍與阿維塔中後端協同，目標 150 萬輛級中高端集群、降本 20%—30%；四位副總主抓海外，泰國基地已規模化投產，譚本宏放話「未來國內海外五五開」。 呢啲動作短期省唔出利潤，但將過去「多生仔好打仔」嘅分散鋪貨往「區間互補」收。
長安 2026 年上半年嘅量利雙降，唔係潰敗敘事，而係一家 300 萬輛級央企喺「燃油退坡快過新能源接棒、低端規模讓位比毛利質量、智駕重投入未到兌現期」三段裂縫同時張開時嘅主動慢駛。
