時間撥返 16 年前。2010 年 3 月 28 日，吉利控股集團同福特汽車集團簽訂富豪汽車公司最終 100% 股權收購協議。吉利成為中國汽車行業第一家跨國公司。福特見證並支持咗呢個具有全球汽車產業影響力嘅合作案例，結咗同吉利嘅商業友誼。
16 年後嘅今日，吉利同福特再度握手。對於當下井噴般嘅中國汽車出海，好具啓示性。
2026 年，中國汽車出海正經歷緊要嘅量變到質變嘅躍升。
上半年，我哋國家汽車出口量達到 509.6 萬輛，按年增長 65.3%。6 月單月出口首次突破百萬輛大關。國內每下線 10 架車，就有近 4 架駛向海外碼頭。
諮詢公司艾睿鉑預測，中國汽車全年出口量有望達到 1000 萬輛，將成為全球首個突破呢個數字嘅國家。
數字背後，更深入嘅變化正喺發生。
6 月，中國主要品牌喺歐洲嘅市場佔有率為 13%，連續兩個月超越日系品牌。當我哋佔據歐盟市場嘅更多份額，就唔係淨係賣車咁簡單，必須同當地嘅產業生態、法律法規同社會福祉和諧共贏。
吉利汽車同福特成立西班牙合資公司，恰好站喺呢個質變嘅節點上。亦係李書福從「走出去」到「融進去」嘅又一實踐。
一位首相嘅站台，同跨越 16 年嘅兩次握手
7 月 23 日，簽約儀式當日。西班牙首相佩德羅·桑切斯出現喺瓦倫西亞阿爾穆薩費斯工廠，身邊跟住勞工同經濟部、工業同旅遊部同科學部嘅三位部長，同瓦倫西亞自治區主席。
阿爾穆薩費斯工廠始建於 1976 年，曾經係福特喺美國以外最大嘅生產基地，迄今累計生產超過 1100 萬輛汽車。近 50 年來，呢間工廠係西班牙瓦倫西亞地區數萬家庭嘅生計所繫。
但工業時代從來唔會因情懷而停低腳步。由 2024 年起，隨著歐盟產業同電動化嘅推進，福特逐步停產蒙迪歐、S-MAX、Galaxy 等多款燃油車型，偌大嘅工廠僅剩一條產線生產 Kuga。
去年全年，呢間年產能 50 萬輛嘅工廠，實際只生產咗唔夠 10 萬輛汽車，利用率唔足四分之一。曾經養活數千個西班牙家庭嘅工廠，正面對命運嘅十字路口。

尋找戰略縱深，重協同
花旗測算，若吉利獲得喺瓦倫西亞工廠 15 萬輛年產能配額，成本僅相當於新建綠地工廠嘅 10%-20%。
成本優勢之外更關鍵嘅價值喺時間。從簽約到投產，合資模式只需 18 個月，而自建工廠通常需要三到五年。喺瞬息萬變嘅歐洲電動車市場，18 個月嘅時間差足以決定一個品牌能否卡住身位。
