Di hulu pengeluaran, XPeng kini telah menubuhkan tiga tapak pengeluaran luar negara. Julai 2025, Indonesia menjadi negara pengeluaran tempatan luar negara pertama XPeng, unit X9 hasil pengeluaran tempatan pertama berjaya dihantar. September tahun sama, kilang Graz, Austria yang bekerjasama dengan Magna oleh XPeng memulakan pengeluaran jisim, barisan G6 dan G9 pertama keluar, ini ialah kali pertama Magna melakukan pemasangan kereta lengkap untuk pengeluar kereta Cina. Jun 2026, kilang Melaka Kereta XPeng Malaysia mula beroperasi rasmi, menonjolkan G6 versi tangan kanan.
Ketiga-tiga kilang ini masing-masing menepati pasaran tangan kiri Asia Tenggara, pasaran tangan kanan Asia Tenggara serta pasaran Eropah, seterusnya membentuk susun atur keupayaan berbeza.
